TYPAR FlangeFlash creates a self-adhered flange where none exists, forming a permanent mechanical bond between the window or door frame and the exterior wall. It simplifies this critical detail and provides a verifiable air and water barrier. This double-sided, self-sealing flashing tape combines the strength of TYPAR® Commercial with a high-performance, all-temperature adhesive. It’s the only product of its kind providing 12 months of UV resistance and enabling year-round installation in temperatures down to 0° F. Count on rugged, lasting protection where it matters most.
