How do I apply my tax exempt certificate to my order?
Before you place the order, set up a customer account on our website and send your Resale Certificate to info@sfpusa.com. We will mark your account tax exempt before you place your order.
DELIVERY / PICK UP

When will my order arrive?
Transit time is usually 3-5 business days for small parcel and 5-7 business days for large parcel.
How much will shipping cost?
We do not charge anything additional for shipping cost. Taxes will be shown in your cart at the time of checkout.Β

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs. For more, see our full return policy.
Pallet orders must be returned in full to qualify for refund.
