Bulk Order Discount
The following discounts apply to bulk orders and are automatically applied to your online orders:

5% off an order $500 or more (excluding shipping costs).

10% off an order $4,000 or more (excluding shipping costs).

How do I apply my tax exempt certificate to my order?
Before you place the order, set up a customer account on our website and send your Resale Certificate to info@sfpusa.com or Facebook messenger. We will mark your account tax exempt before you place your order.

When will my order arrive?
Transit time is usually 3-5 business days.

How much will shipping cost?
When placing an online order, place the items you would like in your cart and begin the checkout process. Your shipping costs (which are based on weight & zip code) will be calculated for you BEFORE you are asked for your payment.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse, located in Westminster, MD. Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com to arrange pickup. The order must be placed online and we refund any shipping costs once the order has been picked up.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs. For more, see our full return policy.

CANCELLATIONS

What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com to cancel your order.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges for orders that are cancelled after they have shipped.

Missing item

Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com

Damaged or defective item
Please contact us as info@sfpusa.com. We gladly can send a replacement. We request photos on damages. The item does not need to be returned to us.

Incorrect item
Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com. We will gladly send the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
