When will my order arrive

Transit time is usually 3-5 business days.

How much will shipping cost? 

When placing an online order, place the items you would like in your cart and begin the checkout process. Your shipping costs (which are based on weight & zip code) will be calculated for you BEFORE you are asked for your payment.

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse, located in Westminster, MD. Please contact us at adminfp@sfpusa.com to arrange pickup. The order must be placed online and we refund any shipping costs once the order has been picked up.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS –
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs. Click here to see the full return policy.

Missing item

Damaged or defective item 

Please contact us as adminfp@sfpusa.com. We gladly can send a replacement. We request photos on damages. The item does not need to be returned to us.

Incorrect item 
Please contact us at adminfp@sfpusa.com. We will gladly send the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
