Ground anchored footings in minutes. The floating Deck Foot Anchor gives you strength and security like a concrete footing without the labor, time and cost. Quickly and easily install ground anchored footings for freestanding decks, pergolas, sheds, ramps and more. Installs with a hand held ½” drive impact wrench in most soil types.

• The floating Deck Foot Anchor is for use on free-standing structures only. Do not use with ledger attached decks.
• How does frost affect the anchor?  It does not heave up from the ground like a fence post that is pushed out of the ground a little bit each year. The Deck Foot Anchor remains anchored to the ground and moves with the soil surface as it expands up or settles down during freeze or thaw cycles, use only with freestanding decks, unless the soil does not freeze in your area.
• Floating Deck Foot Anchor is a non-frost footing. See CCRR-0495 report and how it comports with IRC 403.1.4.1 for decks now supported by a dwelling.
• You can build your deck with joists as low as 2 in. to 3 in. above grade if you wish. Simply hang the joists from the perimeter joist if you want to extend the deck beyond the footing, extend the side perimeter joists 6 in. to 10 in. and fill with blocking joists along the length.
• Recommended maximum deck height of 6 ft. with proper bracing in both directions. Not intended for second floor elevations decks.
• Securely anchored: Ready for high winds. The Titan Deck Foot Anchor™ holds your footings securely to the ground. For maximum uplift resistance, consider using the 36 in. auger.
